She married in Texas and live there for 6 months, then moved to WV and lived here for 3 mo. She wants a divorce from a deadbeat man. WV law says you have to be a resident for one year. Does she have any options?

Well I got a Hot Pink Polaroid Digital Camera for Christmas and I usually go here and find out what people think of it. It is a 8.0 pixel camera and the model is a i830. Here is a website with a picture.

Why do all my computers and laptops says I need a graphics card with pixel shader 1.1 or better to play Medieval: Total War II? It also isn't good enough to play World of Warcraft despite 2 of the 3 computers being post-2004.

I got hurt on the landlord's property due to his negligence of not fixing the porch as he was told to. I have medical bills that are up to my neck and he is hiding his insurance. what are some ways i can trick him into telling me his insurance.someone told me to ask him about renters insurance and him what company i can use. or i can just go up to him and ask him? which one is better anyone have any ideas. All i need is my medical bills to be paid. im not be greedy.

I have been accused on several occassions on here that I have no life and no one in the real world cares for me. A very shy guy goes into a pub on Valentine's Day night and sees a beautiful woman sitting alone at the bar.
After an hour of gathering up his courage he finally goes over to her and asks tentatively, "Um, would you mind if I brought you a drink?"

She responds by yelling, at the top of her lungs, "No, I won't sleep with you tonight!"

Everyone in the pub is now staring at them. Naturally, the guy is hopelessly and completely embarrassed and he slinks back to his table totally red faced.

After a few minutes, the woman walks over to him and apologises. She smiles at him and says, "I'm really sorry if I embarrassed you just then. You see, I'm a graduate student in psychology and I'm studying how people respond to embarrassing situations."

The man responds, at the top of his lungs, "No I will not pay $200!"

My mother is elderly and thinking about transferring the title of her house to me.

She bought it decades ago for $25,000.

I do not live with her.

If I later sell the house, will I have to pay capital gains taxes on the "profit" of $100,000?

If so, do you have any advice on how to minimize taxes in this situation?

What would happen if she simply added me as co-owner as "joint tenancy with rights of survivorship?" Am I correct to assume that I would again in this situation owe taxes on the $100,000 if the house is sold after she passes away?

The other day my daughter got excited and fell back and hit her head on the brick fireplace. She got to crying so hard that she wasnt breathing. She has done this before but it went on longer this time to wear she was turning blue. She kinda went limp and lifeless for about 5 seconds. After she calmed down and started beathing again she went back to normal crying. It scared me to death. Usually when she starts to crying like that we blow in her face but she was crying to hard for that to work this time. Has this ever happened to you? A while back the doctor said it was normal but Im not sure about the passing out thing.

It doesn't work. My camera is supposedly supposed to take MicroSD memory cards and I bought a SanDisk 1GB Memory card.

It fits in my camera and then prompts for me to format my card and then it says, Card Cannot Be Formatted. Replace Card Please.

UGH!!!

Does anyone know if this is normal?

Is this my camera or is this the wrong kind of memory card?

Also, does anyone know which freaking memory card to get?

As you can probably sense, I know nothing about this. =)

I have a 14 month old Shepard mix, she's about 45 pounds. Everytime I leave the house she somehow gets out of her kennel and chews up shoes and other things. I've tried to leave her in the backyard but she just digs HUGE holes, and we can't have that because we are renting. She has chew toys and chew bones all over the house but would rather chew up other things. I've tried leaving her out of the kennel and she just does the same thing. (She was kennel trained before we got her) My father in law thinks that she has some sort of separation anxiety or something like that. Is there anything that I can do to get her to stop? My husband is wanting to get rid of her because we can't get her to stop chewing! Help please!

I have a very old nativity set from Germany. The figurines are ceramic. Several of them have broken and I don't have the missing pieces. For instance, the donkey's ear is missing. The shepard's nose is missing. One of the wise men is missing a jar that he was holding. This set has been in my family for over 50 years. I would like to repair these figurines, but do not want to damage them any further, how do I go about it/
