There must be a hole in it. Try again and make the new hat thicker, and make certain you use only American tin foil. The aliens have infiltrated the higher levels of other tin foil producing governments and while they have taken over the Hillary Clinton team, we are still relatively free of the alien influence.

If you got the foil at Walmart, you should know that they are supplied by the aliens. Probably why it's not working.

Did you use dollar store tin foil? You have to get Reynolds Wrap!

Are you using "heavy duty" aluminum foil? Because it does make a difference!

the shinny side for the foil should be on the outside. you have to reflect the alien brain waves.

tin foil alone is not enough.
you need titanium, and add a few magnets around it too to disrupt any radio waves and screw up your brain.
