any 1 know were i can download a boot disc for a packard bell desktop.running windows xp

on the packard bell when you install everything you get the option to make a restore disk, but not sure where you'd find it once your set up unless you find it in the packard bell registration.

For what if your having some type of problem back up your data and re install windows. The only place your gonna get the disc you want is if you call hp and request one and I dont think their free.

It's probably pre-installed on your hard drive. Read the PB User Manual and follow all instructions to "Recover" XP.

you can get one from the PB website BUT down load it according to your model/motherboard or you will fry it!
