I have two male cats. The older one is a year and a half old, about 25 lbs and neutered. The younger one is 6 months old, about 5 1/2 lbs and unneutered. The smaller cat has been mounting the older cat. While this doesn't bother me, I'm wondering if this is bad for the older cat's health?

Okay, my friend has 2 children. She wants to leave, but doesn't know where else to go besides to a different state. She can find a job and support her children in the new state. Her husband is a bit (more than a bit) of a jerk. He doesn't give a crud about the kids, yells at the 4 year old all the time, and is mean and controlling of her. He hasn't physically been abusive, but emotionally and verbally he has. Now, I guess the question here is where can we find information that will help her make the choice to leave. She is scared that if she moves out of state that she will be kidnapping the children. And also how long before she can file for divorce once she moves to Colorado. Any help with this will be appreciated!

This all happened on Christmas. He denied and left. Then came back and admitted the truth. He swore it was the first time and that he didn't actually follow through by peeping. But that he was going to. He also said that he would never sexually harm her. I do believe that he wouldn't molest her. The fact that he would make an attempt to look in on her disgusts me. I told him to never come back until he gets help. He needs help. So he called a counseling place and is going to get help. He has porn addiction and so I think this is all related to that. My daughter isn't scared of him or even mad. But my other daughter thinks he's a creep. I am very angry. I wanted to beat the tar out of him. Any advice in where to go from here? I don't think the police can do anything since he didn't molest her. What makes this really hard is that I work with him. Do I date him to help him during this counseling? Do I avoid all contact? I want him to get help more than anything.

A brief look at polygamy in the Old Testament:

Let us look at some of the verses from the Old Testament that allow polygamy:

In Exodus 21:10, a man can marry an infinite amount of women without any limits to how many he can marry.

In 2 Samuel 5:13; 1 Chronicles 3:1-9, 14:3, King David had six wives and numerous concubines.

In 1 Kings 11:3, King Solomon had 700 wives and 300 concubines.

In 2 Chronicles 11:21, King Solomon's son Rehoboam had 18 wives and 60 concubines.

In Deuteronomy 21:15 "If a man has two wives, and he loves one but not the other, and both bear him sons...."

There are a lot more verses from the Old Testament that allow polygamy, but I think that the above are sufficient enough to prove my point.

Jesus said: "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law (the Old Testament) or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke or a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law (the Old Testament) until everything is accomplished. (Matthew 5:17-18)"

Christians always say as an excuse "Oh this law doesn't exist in the New Testament, it is only the Old Testament." Well, according to Matthew 5:17-18 above, we clearly see that Jesus honored the Old Testament, and forces Christians to follow the unmodified laws of it that have not been replaced by newer ones in the New Testament. The Old Testament as we clearly see above does indeed allow polygamy without a shadow of a doubt !!.

There is not a single verse from the New Testament that prohibits polygamy.

I recently purchased a Russian Tortoise. Everyone in my family is extremely dillegent about washing their hands after handling her. But I was wondering if anyone has ever had problems with their tortoise and salmonella? I've heard iguanas and turtles are the worst for carrying it. What about tortoises?

My grandmother passed away this Christmas. My mom bought my son a sensor-detecting parrot as a Christmas present. He was wrapped under the tree. He kept going off at 2:00 a.m. as if someone was passing by him the next night after my grandmother's passing. Then my mom's digital clock kept going off to and flashing 12:00. And at Christmas Eve, as guests were arriving and leaving at my mom's the doors would be opening and closing on their own. Then that night when I was back home with my and my boyfriend's packages (we live together) again at 2:00 a.m. I heard someone riffling thru the bag and playing with and crumpling up Christmas paper. My boyfriend and I looked at each other. We were still awake and in the living room. When he went into the kitchen, it stopped. Then the kitchen light dimmed and then resumed it's full power (which I heard is a spirit sign when the power goes on and off or the electricity dims) and then the paper riffling stopped too. Thoughts?

Would it be correct to assume that bubble levels can lead a project to be off by several inches over 50 or so feet?

I love these thread earrings that take several different thread colors and weave them together on a wire frame for an earring. I am sure that I could easily make these but I am having a hard time finding out how to. Any suggestions. I need to know where to get the wire frame or if they just make it themselves....any ideas are welcome.

Materialism reigns supreme own all that you can before you die, physical evidence is the only real evidence, the soul is only in the brain and dies with you, live for today because tomorrow never comes, there is no life after death when you die thats it, the only true knowledge is emperical.
What about evolution of the mind or how about yeah there is too an afterlife the world doesn't stop just because you die, life goes on why should we screw the next generations over.
What about wealth of character and not just money?
Why do I have to have believe everything I am told is true because you can prove it or because it is logical?
What about an ethical revolution, life sucks get over it, why should I, don't I have a right to be upset about the reasons life sucks?
Are we in a second drak age, the dark age of the materialism?
If so how do you think we can reach a new age of enlightenment?

Would you rather have _____ or your life? The obviously question is "your life", but many women choose other treatments in this case.

Obviously women don't want to lose their boob, but is the chance of dying worth the risk?

Ok, I'm in my office and some candles that smell like concentrated dish detergent are wafting their overwhelming odors in my direction.

I'm about to puke.

Does anyone else get sick from these super strong candles? I got so many scented candles for christmas my house smells like Pier 1 and it's driving me crazy.

What's with this craze anyway? Is the whole world in a rotten funk? Why do we need these things around?
