Peruvian Thread Earrings?

Question

I love these thread earrings that take several different thread colors and weave them together on a wire frame for an earring. I am sure that I could easily make these but I am having a hard time finding out how to. Any suggestions. I need to know where to get the wire frame or if they just make it themselves....any ideas are welcome.

Wow, you're on the cutting edge of this craft - the supplies don't seem to be widely available yet, and people are still having to figure it out on their own. . But I did find this round ring. You can do the string art on it and attach it to a dangle.
