Ok, I'm in my office and some candles that smell like concentrated dish detergent are wafting their overwhelming odors in my direction.

I'm about to puke.

Does anyone else get sick from these super strong candles? I got so many scented candles for christmas my house smells like Pier 1 and it's driving me crazy.

What's with this craze anyway? Is the whole world in a rotten funk? Why do we need these things around?

For some reason smelly things such as candles, room sprays, etc have been really big for shopping women in past few years. I would politely ask them to extinguish their candles.......We added it to company policy here because of the fire hazard - not to mention the headache that goes along with them........its terrible!

I get ill when I smell all of those candles and incense too. Makes me feel yuk.

People love to burn those candles and incense. I don't know how they can stand them.....

Why not ask the person that is burning them if they would please stop. You sound as if you are allergic to them...or at least cut down on them
Good luck

I agree with above, but you could also get a fan and blow the stench away from you. Maybe the people would take a hint.
