Im thinking of joining the Army or Marines to fly planes as a pilot but I cant find what type of planes the Army flies. I dont care about helicopters. \\

My sister's kids are in 6th and 4th grade. They really wanted iPods for xmas, and my sister is a single parent with not a lot of $, so I bought them iPod nanos, thinking they'd really like them. They did not say "thanks" and the 6th grader berated me for not giving it to her before xmas, so she would have had something to do in the car on the way to my house.
Next they went skating on the pond in my backyard, tracked snow all over the house, sat their sopping wet selves down on my new leather furniture and removed the DVD my hubby and I were watching from the DVD player because they wanted to watch something else. I asked them to either change clothes or sit on the floor so they didn't ruin my furniture, they just talk back to me, it turned to an argument.
After that, I find my nephew putting my boots on to go back outside. I insisted he wear his own boots, he insisted on wearing mine! More arguing. Should I lighten up, or am I right in thinking they are so disrespectful to me?

Me and wife have been married since July and found out she was pregnant about a month ago. She told me the other night that she wants me out of the house and she wants to get back with her ex but he does not want her. She sued me after my Nana died cuz I was left more money in the will (I took care of her till the day she died). Kelly was the "other woman" for 8 years & is now marrying the man who is 22 yrs older. We have different values & morals. I cant stand 2 be in the same room w/her. I try 2 hold my tongue 4 my parents but it is getting harder & harder. The last straw was the Bear's game this weekend, I sat in my dad's clubhouse seats & she got his other seats. She threw a fit, she wasnt even supposed 2 go. It was a typical freezing cold windy Chicago day. She said she doesnt understand why homeless people complain, she sat in the cold w/2 blankets 3 shirts 2 pants 3 socks. She actually said I know they have Coats & Blankets cuz I donate my old stuff 4 them. I wish I could say she was kidding but this is the honest truth of the type of person she is. How do I enjoy my family if she is there? Cant make my p's choose between us but cant go on w/her @ holidays, functions etc.. I am going 2 snap!

Hi - I have a set of two rocker switches installed on either side of my walk through closet. They alternately turn on/off the overhead lights. A couple of days ago, one of the switches took an extra push to turn all the way off. Today, neither of the switches will turn on the lights in the closet. Yes, all the light bulbs are fresh. Is there an easy way to troubleshoot the switches without calling an electrician? Thanks for your thoughts.

I thought that the new, low- energy bulbs were supposed to last longer but some of mine have 'blown' or' fused' (or whatever these bulbs do) after only a few weeks. The base of the tubes turn black and they have a 'burnt' smell. Have I just been unlucky or am I doing something wrong?

I live in East Los Angeles, I've lived here my entire life so I'm used to the traffic and weather and everything. However, I've also lived in one house with my parents and sister for my entire life. I'm actually planning on moving out to North Los Angeles (namely Santa Clarita) but I was wondering how much it would cost to actually move out?

I'm looking into renting a one-bedroom apartment with two other people, I looked it up online and the rent prices range from $600-1300 a month. My parents say you would only need about $800 to move out, but I was surprised because I thought the total would be about several thousand.

So how much would it cost to move out into a one-bedroom apartment with two other people in North LA? I'm asking this as it counts for everything: gas prices, food, rent, bills, shopping, etc.

I am thinking about attending there are two days of instruction, but it is pretty pricey around $150 each day. The first day is to teach basics on the digital slr camera and the second is about software programs to enhance your photos etc. Has anyone taken these courses, are they worth the price? I am not a complete beginner, just need some additional instruction, would these benefit me?

I am a higher reader then most people and don't mind bad language and junk in my books.
