EDIT
"Spirituality I take to be concerned with those qualities of the human spirit--such as love and compassion, patience, tolerance, forgiveness, contentment, a sense of responsibility, a sense of harmony, which bring happiness to both self and others."
I don't believe in a spirit or soul. I believe that compassion, patience, tolerance, ect are worthy goals of the human brain, but there is no mystical, magical, or spiritual reason for attaining such noble goals. It is simply the right thing to do.

Ironically religions tout love and compassion, humility, tolerance, patience, forgiveness, etc., much as HH Dalai Lama expresses in this quote...but religioous organizations seem to fail miserably at inculcating these qualities in their congregations. Instead, congregants are constrained to "obey" the dogmas of the church or temple or mosque and many "followers" all too often pick and choose how and to whom they will apply the humane and loving acceptance that purports to be the teachings of their disciple-in. Those who do not follow dogma, including Atheists, Agnostics, Spiritualists, Metaphysicians, and other loose cannons, are not blindly following rules laid down to regulate the masses and bring them to their knees. Those who are called to their individual paths in following their hearts' call do not move blindly. These, who are spiritual seekers, freely question, unlike those who are handed a religion through birth or social pressure. Atheists readily question the meaning of existence, giving free reign to the answering spirit within. And in this they discover the qualities of the heart that include morality, love, kindness, compassion, and forgiveness, among others...without a good book to guide them. I am Sirius.

Religion is a cup through which one can enjoy the drink of spirituality. Content are more important than container. People who are obsessed with container (pseudo religion) becomes ignorant and fanatic. Ignorance creates duality whereas wisdom creates unity.
Concepts and logics are created by mischievous mind. Any mental concept (pseudo religions), which creates division or structure, is an idea against spirituality. In fact, road of spirituality starts, where religion ends.
Different religions are like different roads, leading to the same Truth. In the initial stages, religion can help us to understand Cosmic Consciousness, the way a stroller helps a kid to learn walking.
The delicate plant of spirituality can be fenced by religion, which enables the plant to withstand with harsh weather of materialism. Fence (religion) without plant (spirituality) is meaningless.

Yes.
Allow me to explain. According to the Scripture there are two types of spirits.
1) The Holy Spirit
2) The spirits of those created by God
a) The spirit of man
b) The spirits of Angels etc
c) Spiritual forces of wickedness
I would say that Atheists and Non Theistic practices like Buddhism are primarily driven by the spirit of man. The Scripture says that the spirit of man understands the things of men. Zen Buddhism rightly practiced will give a better quality of life. Secular Psychology/Psychiatry rightly used also understands the things of men and will improve quality of life. Men have studied the limits and consciousness of man by their own spirit since the dawn of time. Unfortunately, there is no eternal value following these paths.
Some false religions are driven by other spirits and I concede that they may exacerbate and confuse those driven by the spirit of man. The other spirits in the spiritual realm are very real and identified over and over in the Bible. The woman in Acts who foretold the future for her masters is a good example. Satan entering Judas is also profound. These spirits often masquerade as spirits of righteousness. Interestingly enough, legalistic and liberal Christianity are both driven by Satan masquerading as the Angel of Light and the spirit of the antichrist.
As an aside and to finish...
Jesus said that His yoke is easy and His burden is light. He asks us to give Him our burdens. Therefore if a Christian teaches a heavy burden, either Christ is a liar or the teaching is false. Obviously, the latter is the truth. We are called to worship Jesus in spirit and in truth. Truth without the spirit of mercy is false truth. Spirit (love) that waters down the truth is false love.
Always remember that the more powerful the demon, the more subtle the influence. Contrast Howard Stern, The View, and a Christian who teach false doctrine. Howard Stern's demons are in our face and plainly obvious. Weak spirits. The view is glamorous and likeable with the same core moral message..folks we want at our dinner parties..Stronger demons.
Errors in the Christian community? Strong demons. The serpent is the most subtle of all of the beasts in the garden.
Hope this helps.

Definitions aside, the answer must be a qualified yes. It's qualified because it depends on the particular individual, not the category. The belief that there is NO god is a form of spirituality...if the person professing to be atheistic has that as their belief system...if not, then the answer is no. This has nothing to do with what you 'practice'. You could be a non-practicing Catholic and be spiritual...or not...same difference. Is that clear? IMHO...

Although they claim the non-existance of the spiritual world, they talk about it aweful lot.
Not all atheists are non-spiritual. Many atheists such as the Taoists and Buddhists do believe in the spiritual realm.

with the intention to paraphrase your question. What you assert is that in case you're an atheist, you ought to no longer be allowed in countless sections of Yahoo! solutions? Does this recommend i won't be able to circulate to the BMW section if i've got not got a BMW? How with regard to the relatives section? If i've got not got a baby, am I no longer allowed to respond to a query approximately babies? you assert you prefer to have a civilized and grownup communique. yet do you incredibly? the commencing element for a common Christian is a perception in a magic invisible guy as defined in an old tale e book. How can one relatively have an grownup communique some youngsters superstition carried on into adulthood? And permit's settle for info, there are a super sort of non secular human beings in this section who ask very insulting and rude questions of atheists. So permit's no longer attempt to faux that all of the non secular human beings in this section are civilized and grown up. yet evaluate this, in case you prefer to get to Heaven, you would be able to desire to be like a baby, no longer 'grownup.' "Verily I say unto you, different than ye be converted, and develop into as little babies, ye shall no longer enter into the dominion of heaven." - Jesus, Mathew 18:3

You should first qualify what you mean by " form of Spirituality" since the term "Spirit" is not clearly explained in your question.
Spirit in this form meaning: intelligence, consciousness and sentience. I would have to say yes, Atheism includes this.
If you mean to suggest that spirituality as related to some diety, then the answer is no.

In a way yes.
Atheism is the belief that God doesn't exist.
That puts the responsibility for life back on humanity, and makes us all individually responsible for how we treat others. So in a way it is a form of spirituality, only the spirit is a human one.
