My husband was discharged from the Army about a year ago. He got mixed up with the wrong crowd and made a mistake. he was given a RE code 4, gereral under honerable conditions. He has been to many recuritors, and finally was told to contact our congressmen. We are in the process of having the case looked at to change his code [from the department of the army] He had to fill out lots of papers, and send in 2 letters explaining why the army should take a chance and change his code. The department of the army says it could take a year to look at his case [its been 5months]. What are the chances they will change his code? Is there anything we can do to make him "look better" to the army so they will change the code. He really wants to get back in, and I hear all the time they need new soldiers, but why do we have to go through this when HE WANTS to be in? If there is anything you can tell us to help it would be GREAT!

I am in post-divorce. I was forced to filed bankruptcy and almost lost everything. My ex-wife has violated the court order denying me child visitation. She's falsely accused me of kidnapping.She taunts my son saying lies and other bad things about me in front of him.She's tried to extort money from me aside and is not satisfied with the child support, daycare support , life insurance, health insurance, food, shelter, clothing, etc. that I already provide for my son. She's made attempts to steal (the little time) time I have with my son. He's only 3 years old. Especially holidays that I'm supposed to have with him. This past Christmas, she took both Christmas Eve and Christmas day, my weekend away from me.She has bitter sisters that line up against me, giving her bad advice. I have compiled journals, child visitation violation police reports and have made every attempt to get her to stop, but to no avail, no luck. Her credibility is poor with them. What's your advice? Thank-you

Alright, so my period ended friday. I got my birth control on monday, the pharmacist said to take two pills that day since it was so close to a sunday start, and continue normally with the coming days. However, I've been debating on whether to take bc or not, and ended up not taking a pill on monday. Today I decided I would start it, so I took two pills today, and will take two tomorrow so it will still coincide with the sunday start.

My question is: Does this make any sense/ have I screwed this up/ if I have not screwed it up, how long will it take to kick in?

I expected it from the younger crowd, but was disappointed to find many of the MATURE users have resorted to childish pranks on other users.

Scenario:
Your a stay at home Mom, married for 9 yrs with young children. Your husband had control issues and was emotional and mentally abusive to you when others were not around. Attended marriage counseling only to find out he was misleading you and the couselors about his feelings towards the marriage. Couselor tells you to make financial arrangements for your future, to go out and find another man, and that they can't understand how you can put with him being so "critical". You start focusing on only you and your children and he suddenly does a 180 with showing of little anger towards you. Things are better but the spark is gone. What would you do?

My family and I are planning to move into a new house, I've already hooked up a few things here already, but we still have a month till we can move in. I was in the bathroom acouple minutes ago and i clogged the toilet. Well one of the items we don't have here yet is a plunger, or any tools that i can use. I went back in there 2 minutes ago and tried flushing it but it overflew and it's now running out of the bathroom. My family is on their way to drop off more furniture. What do I do. Any help on getting the toilet unclogged and the mess cleaned up?

Okay. the title,registration,insurance,.....everything is in my name. her name is not on one thing what so ever. BUT.... she paid for it with a personal check and she claims since she can just show that she baught the bike with her check and then she can legally take the bike back from me.but , like i said ,everything is in my name. theres no leins on title either. the only thing in her name is the check she wrote out for the bike.
