In otherwords, what purpose are we to achieve as the the "highest" form of living organism? What can we do to make ours and others lives better physically and emotionally?

Made offer of $50 thousand on house, so I can get bank loan.
House listed for $49,900. In purchase agreement< I ask for closing cost plus if inspection shows need repairs. Seller will cover cost. Got a counter offer that if inspection doesn't pass. Seller is out and that seller will pay closing cost,. However. The asking price would change to $52,900.
Is the seller giving me a red flag on the repairs. My realtor says Go For It. It will only increase the payment by 6 to $12 a month over 30 years.
The closing cost are going to be around $2,600 with Interest rate at 6%. I feel like the realtor is working against me. Help!!

The Cigarette Industry caved in under the weight of thousands of wrongfull death lawsuits. Are we seeing the beginning of an even BIGGER wave of murder lawsuits that will destroy the Insurance Coprs in a similar fashion?

In the episode "My best friend's mistake", there is a song sang repeatedly that goes "I'm so in love with you..." I think it was played in the operating room.

There is also a little guitar riff in that episode when JD is playing basketball with turk and some other people..what song is it from? (same song in the episode "their story" when Ted is imagining what it would be like to have hair, then he knocks over a shelf.)


In "My night to remember" there is a song that uses piano alot, and i think its the first song played, but i'm not sure...

the names and artsits of these songs would be great!!

This guy used to be mad after her but she never took him as a bf kind. They became good friends though. But I have never liked the guy as person too. He is a snob, arrogant and what not. I even know that he had almost brought her to tears a few times. Now, sometimes when she mentions him in our conversations, i find myself at a complete loss for words. I am into this girl. We've gone on a probably 3 dates and have another planned... So I like to think shes interested too... now should I just be blunt and say "As you can see, I'm into you..
