I agree that poop rats on an animal's butt are dingleberries. However, I've always called the little fuzzy balls that are on a sweater or sweatshirt after they've been washed a bunch dingleberries!

It's a piece of dried poop stuck to the fur on the back of an animals butt.

I was gonna tell you that it is indeed a piece of dried poop stuck to your cat or dog's rear end..That is what me lady said.. That is what a dingle berry is..I dont know what a dingle bury is..maybe its a piece of dried poop dried and buried it after you finally got it off..LOL
