Are we the generation that will actually see the second coming, rapture or whatever?

How much longer does God need to wait before making the BIG MOVE?

His coming is eminent, but even the angels in heaven do not know when it will be. The signs of the time are speeding up. I think for sure in this century, but likely in the next 20 years or so. All hell will break loose before he returns. Earthquakes, plagues, the earth clensed by fire.

As it is written so shall it be. All things will come to pass as my Father has so stated.

One only needs to look around to realize that we are in the days that Isaiah and Amos had prophesied. Isaiah 3 and Amos 8:11

Previous generations who thought the end was near failed to take into account the current state of Israel in their time, the world economy, and the failings of the over all majority of churches to teach properly Gods word. The star falling from heaven delivering the antichrist has not happened, and the two witnesses have not yet appeared.

We are to wait patently with all perseverance. God bless.

The Word (Bible) says, "no one knoweth the hour or the day" the Bible also says that Christ will come "like a thief in the night". Jesus said that even He didn't know....that only the Father knows.

As a Christian, who is sickened by the sin of this world, which is becomming worse every passing day, I am often tempted to pray that God send Jesus back quickly. Unfortunately, it isn't about what I think or how I feel. It's about the will of our Father in Heaven, Jehovah God. Jesus said we should pray, "Father, not my will but thine be done, on earth as it is in heaven."

Jesus Christ is an archetypal Myth...Therefore was never a historic figure.
As an archetype he never went away therefore cannot return.
The archetype has been and will always be present.
Spiritual maturity requires that we give up concrete thinking and try some metaphysical understanding!

Christians have been waiting for that bus to arrive for almost 2000 years. Some how, I think would have made more progress if they'd just started walking to the kingdom of God.
