I have a water infection at the moment last time i had 1 it was kidney stones which went dorment but this time round i have got pains in my chest could this be related..... its not a sharp pain its more like a dull acre that is really uncomfortable and i can only feel like when i am sitting down.....ANY IDEAS...

My iPod was stolen by the honda dealer here in Cathedral City, Cali... the general manager said he's not going to reimburse it, he said i cant prove it happened and i am at fault. They stole it from my trunk, when i was just getting work done on the center console near the drive seat.

Does anyone know someone, or how to get to someone higher?

Does anyone here has any personal experience about application to UCs (like Berkeley, LA, San Diego,..) ?
I got some scores : SAT I : 1830, SAT II Math : 800, SaT II Chemistry : 730, GPA : 4.00 (Junior), no awards or activities, and I'm an international student for 2nd years.
I just want to ask one simple question : Do I have any chance to go to those universities ?
Please answer frankly to me.

hey, i have a problem. i´ve ordered a guitar hero 3 (game + controller - include ghd 1&2 ) from ebay and got a ps2 but its not working together somehow and i dont know where the problem could be (im not a video games nerd or somethin) is there any driver i could download or something? please, help :(

Can any developer tell me how much they are paying a sq ft for hard and soft costs of a high end residential project? Specifically in the LA area.

I am pricing out a lot, and I am currently figuring $400/sq ft for hard and soft costs. So a 5k sq ft house will set me back 2m to build.

A preacher wanted to raise money for his church and on being told that there was a fortune in horse racing, decided to purchase a horse and enter it in the races. However, at the local auction, the going price for horses was so high that he ended up buying a donkey instead. He figured that since he had it, he might as well go ahead and enter it in the races. To his surprise, the donkey came in third! The next day the local paper carried this headline: PREACHER’S *** SHOWS. The preacher was so pleased with the donkey that he entered it in the race again, and this time it won. The paper read: PREACHER’S *** OUT IN FRONT. The Bishop was so upset with this kind of publicity that he ordered the preacher not to enter the donkey in another race. The paper headline read: BISHOP SCRATCHES PREACHER’S ***. This was too much for the Bishop, so he ordered the preacher to get rid of the donkey. The preacher decided to give it to a nun in a nearby convent. The paper headline the next day read: NUN HAS BEST *** IN TOWN. The Bishop fainted. He informed the nun that she would have to get rid of the donkey, so she sold it to a farmer for $10.00. The next day the headline read: NUN SELLS *** FOR $10.00. This was too much for the Bishop, so he ordered the nun to buy back the donkey, lead it to the plains, and let it go. Next day, the headline in the paper read: NUN ANNOUNCES HER *** IS WILD AND FREE. The Bishop was buried the next day.

even when I invite him to come to see what is going on, how dangerous is this? I feel threatened by my neighbor, because of his past actions towards me and my family. This one guy acts so vicious, I am afraid what he could do if he becomes really angry. I have tried my best to communicate with him, concerning his vicious dogs. Instead of wanting to work with me and my mom, He threw us out of his house. I dont feel safe in my part of the world. I am not the only one in my neighborhood who doesnt like whats going on, but no matter what we say, the situation still exists.Other people have voiced their concerns to me and my mom, but they dont want to get involved. We need a protector for our area. Help!!!!

I havent paid my car note in 45 days, Im sure that pretty soon I will be on the Repo list. Im thinking about just giving the car back as voluntary. If so do you think that this would look bad on your credit as voluntary and also will you still be obligated to still pay them back?
