My iPod was stolen by the honda dealer here in Cathedral City, Cali... the general manager said he's not going to reimburse it, he said i cant prove it happened and i am at fault. They stole it from my trunk, when i was just getting work done on the center console near the drive seat.

Does anyone know someone, or how to get to someone higher?

This is not a matter for American Honda. All dealerships are independently owned and operated. The employees who work at the dealership are dealer employees and do not work for Honda. American Honda cannot and will not do anything for you.

The person you need to speak with is the Dealer Principal if the General Manager will not help you.

If you want to get their attention, go to the dealership, call the police and report the theft. Have the police come to the dealership to meet you and take your report. That will certainly get the attention of the dealer and improves the chances that they will want to do something for you at that point because they don't need to have customers see the police on their lot and having to answer questions about an investigation of a theft of personal property while a car was in their shop for service.

That's the best way to get their attention and to show them that you are serious about your claim.

Hope that helps
