I'm not a doctor, but I dont think they could be related. You could be experiencing gas, but at the same time you could be having a slight MI. I strongly recommend you seeing a doctor or at least calling one to tell him what you are experiencing? I hate to ask this question, but are you overweight? When was the last time you had you Bld Pressure taken? When you are sitting down does your heart beat feel normal, faster or slower? Before you panic however, it could also be medication that you are taking. To answer the question of "what is a water infection?"

What is a 'water infection?'

A water infection is a UTI (urinary tract infection).

An infection in the bladder, much more common in women as the tube into the bladder (urethra) is much shorter than in men.

Gas X is a good gas reliever. Also if you are experiencing any anxiety that can cause issues.

It is hard to understand your english. I don't know what you mean by "water infection."

It doesn't sound like your heart. If it were, it would not depend on your position. It also would not go away with rest...unless it was angina. Could be a few things/

Do you have any other symptoms? Fever?

How does it feel when you breath in and out? How about laying down? Leaning forward, leaning back...

Why do you have a water infection? I only ask this because I think that the reason you have pains in your chest could be related to what makes you drink so much water.

If it's on the right side, under your rib cage - it could be gallstones. A gallbladder attack can mimic a heart attack. Chest pains on right side, nausea, sweating, indigestion...... means you've got gallstones.

If it's on the left side and you have any numbness in your arm, neck or leg - see a doc asap.
