The word that does contain all 26 letters of the alphabet in it is a Coal Miners Lung Disease....Black Lung for short...I cant remember the medical name. Had to learn it in High School, with no mistakes. Cant remember it now.

Don't know of a word that uses all 26 letters once.
There are phrases that do. They are known as pangrams.
example: The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.
