I've frequently heard it say that killing someone (even a civillian) in war is somehow more morally justified than killing someone in peacetime.

How is this so? Does the fact that they were done in a war context partially excuse Milosevic's massacres of Albanians? Or Saddam's gassing of the Kurds? Or the nuclear attacks on Japan?

Where is the moral difference?

I have a friend who I like, and he acts as if he likes me. Other people have commented on it too. He's a bit of a shy boy, so it would take a lot for him to say something. A few weeks ago he seemed to be avoiding me, so I emailed him about it. It took him ages to reply but eventually he said that he values my friendship but 'didn't want to give me any other impression'. I told him he shouldn't worry about it, and since then he's gone back to normal, acting like he likes me. What are the chances that he actually does like me? I think one of his friends likes me, so maybe he's not saying anything because of him. How crazy am I being?

A guy and a girl become friends first. After two months of friendship, the guy lies to the girl and says he is single when he's actually married for a year. Sleeping with the girl for months, then she figures out that he's married.

Dear Friends, Now a days I am finding very much difficult to get sleep. :( my eyes will be always fresh for the whole night.. Because of less sleep, Im getting lots of head ache also...I dont know , how to get away from unnecessary thoughts while sleeping..
