Well, I know a lot of home remedies, but they are NOT pleasant.

Runny nose. Warm water, add a little, tiny bit of salt. Then hold it in the back of your throat and blow it out your nose. I suggest you do it in the shower. Prepare for it to totally suck. It works, though.

Gargle salt water for the sore throat. Also, drink tea with lemon and honey.

Overall, buy some Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE). Put 20 drops into a glass of Orange Juice. Do it four times a day and you will be cured in 48 hours. It tastes AWEFUL without the OJ, so don't go getting any funny ideas.

Fever and headache? Take a hot shower. If ever I feel too sick to go to work, I just take a steaming hot shower and I swear I feel better. Not sure why.

Do NOT take any cough medicine, flu medicine or any of that junk. It's loaded with sugar and alcohol. Nasty.

If you follow my advice to the tee, I can guarantee you will be better in 2 days.

Since I started doing this, I haven't been sick longer than 1 day in three years. I rarely get sick now because at the first sign of sickness, I start chugging the grapefruit seed extract and it prevents me from getting sick. It is an all-natural antibiotic, by the way.
