Most larger jets have an operating cost of about $3000 per hour. And you would have to have some killer insurance to get anyone to let you take a plane.. especially out of the country.

The most realistic option is to LEASE a jet for 3 months (minimum). Jetlease.com can help. You will need to be financially qualified (real assets in the USA in excess of what the plane is worth) and have FAT insurance.
Captain S is right. The truth is that if you HAVE a type rating for the type of jet you want to rent, the same place that you got the rating from would be able to tell you where to go to rent one.
As a general rule though, people/businesses are NOT going to lend or rent you their jet. That could only happen among highly qualified friends.
EDIT:
If you have cash and really you want to party, just buy an old Learjet 25 or citation 500 series for $600k or less. Your new toy will do the job with tons of fun. If you are still alive when the party is over, you can sell the jet for basically the same price if its in the same (uncrashed) condition.

You can charter a jet airliner from any of a number of charter operations. Just do an internet search on "air charter."
But these operations are regulated under the FARs and Homeland Security rules. The law will not allow them to let you sit in the front seats while the engines are running. Sorry--there just isn't any way to do this.
You can get some left seat time with an instructor in a jetliner through some operation like Flight Safety, Inc., but not with passengers--even your friends or family--on board. They can also get you some simulator time. That will run you around $1500/hour as opposed to the $5000/hour to fly in the left seat of a 727 or 737.
So sorry, most of your idea is not possible. The only way around it is to buy or lease the airplane with crew for private ownership. That will cost you millions, and get you an in-depth background check. Better have been born in Atlanta on the 4th of July.

You can charter a jet most anywhere but they don't want YOU flying it. You need to consult aviation schools for that. (Be aware that request most anywhere is going to get a lot of scrutiny right now given the prevalence of the drug trade, and what this country has been through in our recent history under similar cimcumstances).

Private party. DHS restricts commercial jet rentals now. Ask your instructors or in the private part of your local airport.

I rather doubt they'll let you fly their commercial craft with your license. Besides you'd probably end up in the Bermuda triangle.

Inquire of your local FBO. You will need a type rating and a fat wallet.
