omg, she eats everything. she has food allergies to boot. she will vomit all day long from eating rocks, socks, toys. etc.. I am so tired. she even ate a fire place duraflame log. she was so sick from it. I dont know why she is like this and I dont know how to stop her! help please!

Are stuck together on the same professional team. Some of them are hard working and sharp. Some are hard working and slow. Some of them are just horrid backstabbers who either do a poor job or spend all their time trying to sabotage someone else's work.

One is a former boss who doesn't want the reposibility anymore but thinks anyone else is doing the job wrong. He's sharp and can get the job done but whines constantly. Another is a guy who wants the boss title but doesn't want to actually do the job. He's slow. A good salesman if marketing provides him with good material. He's just a talking head, he doesn't actually understand what he's saying most of the time. The problem is he wants to move up but he's not competent.

You can't fire anyone or transfer anyone at this time. How do you begin to pull the team together and get the most out of the employees?

Is this weird for a 16 year old in a relationship??
well is it weird if i share all of my feelings with my girl friend?(shes was and still is just like my best friend) I tell her how much she means to me, and how thankful i am for her in my life right now, and when im with her i feel like i found the missing part of me. We have tons in common, and she calls me her alter ego. We talk about our relationship and she knows how strong it is. Im not the kind of guy who looks for girls just to make out with and sleep with, im the kind of person who truly cares. I think about her all the time, and when she is happy im happy, and when she is sad i am sad. Just her being with me brings me out of the wort moods. Seeing her smile is the greatest thing in the world. I can talk to her for hours about anything and everything.
I might only be 16, but i know that this is not something everyone has... does anyone think this is very odd to feel this way at 16??
