what do u think of having 'no life' (studying 24/7) for one year after u experienced unhappiness that would turn ur mood and interest in everything upside down?

Uhh... that happened to me about a year ago. Something happened that really upset me and caused me to distance myself and focus on school... the whole year, I was distant with my friends, and did GREAT in school. I wasn't really happy, though... although I wasn't sad, or depressed, and no major emotional situations occurred. Now that that time in my life is done, I have learned to balance my "life" with school, and I am having fun with my friends and still doing great in school... so you probably just need some time to work things out, and the right balance will come to you.

Having no life: you mean to not go out, no girlfriend, that sort of stuff. Either way, you'll be alive! You cannot study 24/7
You still need sleep, eat etc...
I sense that at your age "whether you don't say", unhappiness is a bit shallow. Nothing last forever! You may not know but your life may take a 180 and you'll find yourself in total happiness and have forgotten your bad memory already.
Remember, tomorrow is yet to be!!! You're a bit depressed for "probably some girl", there are plenty more... Don't search,
that's when they come your way! Take care!

Believe me, having "no life" at all is like slacking. Some people call it laid back. It is VERY enjoyful. You want to have that kind of lifestyle while you are young. As for unhappiness and interests, you will find something more fulfilling within your lifeless days. There will be no -dull life- if you live in it regardless of what you do.
Been there done that.

You can and should throw yourself into your studies, but you should also allow some time for exercise and social activities.
Depression, even when triggered by a life event, can be treated with medication and very slowly turn your life back to a more even, more balanced, less empty life. See your family doc, see a therapist. It does take time, there is NO quick fix.

but, there is no chance those thing will happen to me as i always do something new every new sem of my study... new activities to keep me out of boringness and still can study happily but yes, not ever after...
like they say, get life man! find a girlfriend, watch every new movies release in town, play soccer or any games you know, arcade, pc games..
i dont think that Einstein study all the time to get what he already acheived..

wo...ok....you lost me there....when in doubt say Merry Christmas!! oh I think i get it now, just because you're studying doesn't mean you have no life, then it would probably make you happy for the times when you're not so busy anyways, you're a thoughtful person, unless that happened to you, but if you did make that up you should go into writing or something....

Sounds like depression. You should go to a psychiatrist and get some meds and get counseling. You obviously are not content with your situation so why not try to improve it? Life is too short to waste it being miserable.

but no need worri lah, bruddr gabby. u wil find nice girlfrend one day. god test everyone u kno!! like god test me all time when i got no money buy new stuff one so i got to work for jiran by wash their cars. like that i got life coz i got money buy but save first. still i got lot study some more. haiz!!
how come i also got no life one? but at least we stil breething what!! think other peple got more bad life lah. they mayb more unlucki life, rite? so we all must not saying we got no life coz we all stil brreething u kno!! lol.
