is there a pill that resembles Lavitra?

Seems to be none. Lavitra as I know has an imprint of its manufacturer name BAYER across and downwards with Y at the center, and it got a distinctive color with its dosage imprint (25).

Other similar tablet would have different color and could be made by other manufacturers so there won't be the BAYER imprint.
