In the Bible, Deuteronomy 22:5 basically says that women aren't to wear that which pertains to men and men aren't to wear women's garments. I believe that the police uniform, guns, handcuffs, and night stick pertain to men. I am asking this question to find out what others think.

One day at a busy airport, the passengers on a commercial airliner are seated waiting for the pilot to show up so they can get under way.

The pilot and copilot finally appear in the rear of the plane and begin walking up to the cockpit through the center aisle. Both appear to be blind; the pilot is using a white cane, bumping into passengers right and left as he stumbles down the aisle. The copilot is using a guide dog. Both have their eyes covered with sunglasses.

At first, the passengers do not react thinking that it must be some sort of practical joke. After a few minutes though, the engines start revving, and the airplane begins moving down the runway.

The passengers look at each other with some uneasiness. They start whispering among themselves and look desperately to the stewardesses for reassurance.

Yet, the plane starts accelerating rapidly, and people begin panicking. Some passengers are praying, and as the plane gets closer and closer to the end of the runway, the voices are becoming more and more hysterical.

When the plane has less than twenty feet of runway left, there is a sudden change in the pitch of the shouts as everyone screams at once. At the very last moment, the plane lifts off and is airborne.

Up in the cockpit, the copilot breathes a sigh of relief and tells the pilot: "You know, one of these days the passengers aren't going to scream, and we aren't going to know when to take off!"

is something worth saying even if it might damage your relationship permanantly.

my sister is really selfish, i had a miscarriage early this year and have been pretty sick ever since with ulcers and one thing and another. she sees me as an in-house babysitter and while i love spending time with my nephew i want to go get on with my life. she doesn't arrange any childcare for him just me but some days i'm not up to it, like being sick alot. she has my parents pay for the baby and she spends so much money. i dont wanna bring her down really but it's getting a bit too much. i dont really have time for myself because she organises my time for me. if i'm not babysitting then i'm shopping for her or cooking. my point is if i'm well enough to do that i should be working but she hasn't planned for me to go back to work. there's more but thats a hint at what's up.

If i tell her i'm worried about losing her, but she's taking advantage of me i feel.

[He sang] his compositions in three or four octaves that made you want to drive your car over a cliff. He sang like a professional criminal. … His voice could jar a corpse, always leave you muttering to yourself something like, 'Man, I don't believe it'. His songs had songs within songs. was deadly serious–no pollywog and no fledgling juvenile. There wasn't anything else on the radio like him".

This cold, egocentric, rather stupid woman has no talent whatsoever. She can't act, sing, dance or string two coherent sentences together.
Yet the entire female population of America, and a few effete men, hang on to her every word.
Clearly, these simple souls can't see or don't care that Winfrey, entirely devoid of distinction herself, basks in the glow of the achievements of her guests.
Like far too many figures these days, she is famous merely for being famous and, to people other than Americans, this makes absolutely no sense at all.

I was looking at the top 1000 baby names on SSA.org, and was amazed by the sheer amount of -aiden names:

Aiden, Aidan, Ayden, Aden, Aidyn, Aydin - 26,745 boys born, making it number one.

Jaden, Jayden, Jaiden, Jaydin, Jadon, Jaeden, Jaydon -17,990 boys born, making it 12th in popularity.

Jayden, Jadyn, Jaden, Jaidyn, Jaiden - 5,033 girls born, making it 53rd.

Caden, Kaden, Kaiden, Kayden, Cayden, Kaeden, Kadin, Caiden - 11,646 boys born

457 female Kayden's, 17th for boys, 624th for girls.

Hayden, Haiden, Haden -6,843 boys born, making it 63rd.

Hayden -754 girls, making it 416th.

Zayden, 871st for boys.

So, if you add up all of these, it makes anything rhyming with Aiden more than number one 63,448 boys and 6,244 girls. There were only 24,418 boys named Jacob, and 21,118 girls named Emily. It's not that they're bad names (well, Zayden might be), but why do people still call them 'unique'? They're literally the most common name out there now.
