I get headaches every night but have only had two doozy migraines ever (I was released from the hospital from one this morning). What do I do when one comes one? The two that I have had have woken me out of a sound sleep in the night. What do I do when they hit? I was prescribed topamax.

I'm 21 and I've finally figured out that this is what I want. I'd like to buy and flip houses (my dad is into construction and being around him I've learned a lot) I want to wait with that and maybe make that something I do in the future... perhaps with a potential husband. But I'd like to get my License in Missouri (KC area and maybe something else) but I don't know if I should approach a agency and try and get with them or get my license first. I can see into the future and nobody belives me. How I do is I have a dream every once in a while, I only dream like once a month if at all. Whatever I dream is me doing something as if I was, then once I forget about it completely it comes true and I remember. I cannot prove it because it is random.

I have a 2001 ford taurus. It makes squeaking noise when I drive at low speed (<40 mpg). When I brake, the noise goes away. When I drive at high speed, the noise is not noticeable. I took it to the garage and they found the brake pads are one size larger than they should be. So they ground the extra portion. This didn't fix the problem. Recently I found the brakes don't brake well especially when the car starts to lean downwards (i.e. going downhill). I feel nervous that I can't brake the car when it gets out of the driveway everyday. Please help me...

i keep having this dream of me being somewhere random most frequenly a freeway and being on the road not being able to get up or drag my self to the side of the and cars and semis comming my way.then before i get hit somehow i find the strength to move out of the way then i remember passing out or something on the side of the road. does anyone know what this could mean?
