Some guinea pigs are just quieter than others. She will eventually make noises, just give her some time. You don't want to stress her out too much, because with any small animal too much stress can be fatal.
Check out these websites on Guinea Pig care for any other questions. It's always good to do your research so that you can have a happy healthy pet.

Guinea pigs make several types of noises. If it's a panicked squeaking noise, or if he's turning his head back and forth, it's probably a bad noise. If he's making sort of a purring squeaking noise, it's good. I have no idea why he's kicking his leg, other than for the same reason a dog would. Mine never do that. :D

If you just adopted her, she's still settling in.
It can take time for guinea pigs to really 'find their voice'. They're also social animals, and shouldn't be housed alone. In my experienced, you don't really know your guinea pig until they live in a herd.
Give her some time.

Did you just adopt her? Our little guy didn't make a *peep* for the 1st few days after we brought him home. Now he doesn't shut up, lol. The funniest thing is, he'll vocalize when he wants attention from our *kitten*!
Maybe your guinea pig is simply on the quiet side. Everyone does have a distinct personality.

well, if your guinea pig is still young, then maybe she hasnt found her voice. also, if you just adopted her, shes probably still getting settled in. Guinea pigs get nervous VERY easily, so I would suggest you spend alot of time with her. But dont take her out of the cage soo much that she is WAYYY attached to you. Just give her lots of love and care. And.... if she/ he doesnt "talk" soon, then I might talk to your vet about it..
Hope she talks to you sooN!!!

:)

If you just got her, then she's nervous about her new surroundings, and she will come around and make noise. If you just moved the cage - same thing - or if you just rearranged the cage.
Give her a week or so, she'll come around!!
