I'm 21 and I've finally figured out that this is what I want. I'd like to buy and flip houses (my dad is into construction and being around him I've learned a lot) I want to wait with that and maybe make that something I do in the future... perhaps with a potential husband. But I'd like to get my License in Missouri (KC area and maybe something else) but I don't know if I should approach a agency and try and get with them or get my license first. Any honest and intelligent options, advise, would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks guys!

In MO you need to take a 48 hour course and a 24 hour course, take a state exam which covers both state and federal law. Than you have to pass a back ground check. Then you find a broker he/she sends your paper work in and the broker will be sent and hold your license. The test isn't a give me, you will have to study for it. It isn't difficult just a lot terms. Most people I have talked to failed it the first time. I passed it the first time but I did study for it.

Take a Real Estate Course, pass the test, become an agent and get a job, with a good realtor in your city.

I'd get involved with an agency to learn the ropes. There's no teacher like experience.
