any ideas on how to cut up a t-shirt?

I kinda need one for my dance team and my rally, and i need a really koo idea.
any ideas?

ok, first you take a t-shirt-then you cut off the sleeves-right off
then you measure up one inch all of the way up to the sleeve less part and make marks at every one inch on one side of the shirt-then measure one inch across from the mark and put a line there all of the way up! then you cut on all of those lines, cut like a piece of cloth without taking off any part of the shirt on both sides, then tie those together all of the way up and then do the other side and tie them-then you have your pretty shirt that you can decorate however you want but make sure the shirt is made up of good cloth doesn't matter what color just good sturdy cloth -it is actually easier than it sounds, my 14 year old daughter does this all of the time!!!!

roll up the arms and tie ribbons around them...and cut a line down each seam on the sides them cut little peices dowm the sides and tie them together!...(thats kinda confusing...lol)...but it is so cute!
