i keep having this dream of me being somewhere random most frequenly a freeway and being on the road not being able to get up or drag my self to the side of the and cars and semis comming my way.then before i get hit somehow i find the strength to move out of the way then i remember passing out or something on the side of the road. does anyone know what this could mean?

There is something where decision has to be made and you're in a crossroad whereby you're very uncertain of what has to be done...and you're thinking of just giving it up. Reflect on it. Hope I am right.

There are several books on the interpretation of dreams. In fact, that's the title of the book on the subject by Sigmund Freud which I read years ago to try and figure out dreams.
You have two choices to find out the best answer if you really want to. Sadly, one of the choices is not this internet forum since much more conversation would be required to get a proper diagnosis. the two choices are:
1. see a professional on the subject (probably gonna cost more than you care to invest so I will assume this choice will not prevail).
2. You can delve into self-diagnosis with some enlightened reading on the subeject , as I first alluded to.
I guess this is a choice also-forget it and realize that dreams don't really have a lot of real affect on our lives on a daily basis. You will probably replace this type of dream with another before you know it and then you can try to figure out what the new one means. In the words of a song released a few years ago-
'Don't worry, be happy".

Ray, the road represents your life journey, life direction, and from the sound of it, you don't feel in charge of your life, it sounds like you are really going in the wrong direction for you, and I get the feeling that you are on the path you are on to please family members, or friends, as opposed to doing what is right for your life...You're nearly helpless on this road, it's all you can do to drag yourself out of the road, and you are in danger of being completely run over, this isn't good....

You are in serious difficulties in life and struggling to overcome them, You see yourself as barely succeeding in your struggle.
Seriously damaging circumstances in your life are plaguing you and your subconscious, as it takes over for your conscious mind when you sleep, shows this to you. You need a life situation change - most likely a change of location because symbolically getting to the edge of the freeway, yet uninjured, is the signal your subconscious is using to illustrate your need to settle elsewhere
