hi, my name is Ali, I am nineteen years old.My mother's name is Parveen Begum. My mom is suffering, but i cannot afford to pay for her medical expenses.She has pain, in her lower back, i have gotten her checked in a clinic, but the doctors recommend to get a ultrasound. The doctor did a blood test, and said the blood report was O.K, but they recommend her to get an ultrasound, that she might have God forgive, some problem in her Gallbladder. I am located in Ontario, California. She has a green card, thats all. She doesn't speak english, and is a housewife. Where can i get her some medical help, may be at a very low cost? pllzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help :(

I mean, his numbers were terrible. This guy has not yet lived up to the expectations he had coming out of college and he's in his 4th season. Should they draft a QB, sign a QB, or trade for someone after the season? I know he is a decent player now, but I'm talking about the future. He doesn't have what it takes to lead his team anywhere in the playoffs.

I don't know how many more chances they will give him. What do you think?

explain why you are writing to him: briefly mention all the dangers that edward faces. explain why you are writing instead of speaking to hin personally- you are scared about who could be listening. you are so proud of your husband now that he has been crowned King.

Secong paragraph:
explain to him why richard is jealous of him- there are at least two reasons.

Third paragraph:
you need to tell edward that hi is not paying enough attention to you or to the job of being king. what is he doing instead?

fourth paragraph:
explain what richard plans to do to cause trouble between edward and clarence. what will happen to clarence too if edward doesnt act quickly?

hi, my baby is 11.5 month old, she has a mild cold with only some cough!but the physician prescribed cefixime syrup for her!! why cefixime is prescribed for a baby who has never taken antibiotics in her life?iam a pharmacist and i didnt give her cefixime and i gave her co- amoxiclave156 syrup by my own,and now she feels better.whats your idea?thnx in advance!

my bf has a good fren (lady) married with a kid of 5yrs old. Her hubby is always busy and that's y she would always meet us for dinner. She was actually our co-worker, which i have left the ex company. Leaving her and my bf in the same company now. Recently i was disappointed with my bf, for he shop a xmas gift (handbag) for her. When i am looking at my own bag, my bf told me. If i like the bag ? If like he can buy it for my xmas gift. I was abit disappointed and leave the bag without buying. Coz i feel that he got no sincerity. My sentiments if he can find time, searching bag for others. Y can't he find time to find present for me ? Humh... Rather then just buy anything i took from the store ??

When I came home from Iraq initially, I had Re-occuring nightmares. Over time these subsided, but now, I have extremely violent dreams where I'm either still in Iraq or some other life threatening situation where I end up killing people. Sometimes the dreams are like worst case scenerios for me and I can't tell that I'm dreaming, then, when I wake up my heart is beating so hard that I think it's going to come out of my chest and my pillow is almost always covered in sweat. What does this mean and how do I fix it?

If you can't search for God in those places, you would need FAITH and BELIEVE he does not exist there, because as atheists you need proof this is how you make judgments by proof. Well, showing a negative is also proof. But if you can't get a negative or positive in places that are untestable what say you? It takes as much faith to believe a God doesn't exist than for a God to exist.

The guy I am seeing is very sweet and wonderful --treats me like a princess--Sometimes I am not that attracted to him. He isn't my ideal type--Its been about 2 months. My son is 22 and his girlfriend just 18. They both moved back home with me rent free until they get on their feet. She said she wanted to move out here to Vegas because she did not have any support from her family when it came to being with or possibly marrying my son. They are pregnant and due at the end of July. They have no money and no jobs... She secretly tells him that I stress her out because she doesn't like when I ask her to do small household chores...(She's pregnant, not disabled)
He has moved across country and put his life on hold twice for her already. He does everything she wants... Except for this time... He finally has a chance to secure a really good job making a very good living but he has to do an apprenticeship for 4 years. Now she wants to move back to GA because her sister is pregnant now too (Her sister and my son can't stand each other) and she wants to be close to her mother now too... What about what he wants for once? Should he put his foot down?

I bought and wrapped a book for a Christmas party we had today. One girl actually felt around the presents and said she hoped she didn't get it. I work in a restaurant and had bought Anthony Bourdain's highly entertaining 'Kitchen Confidential', a book even the dumbest person would be able to enjoy. The girl that unwrapped it and had to keep it didn't even bother looking in it or reading the subject matter. I pointed out the receipt so that she would be able to carry it back.

Why are people so ignorant in this country? I'm so ashamed that it's always at war and occupying other countries when the people won't even do so much as to learn the proper pronunciation of 'Iraq'!

Help my daughter is 15 weeks old. She has been on Prosobee now for almost two weeks. She is extremely constipated. The poor thing strains, turns red and cries to poop but allot of times only a tiny little pebble comes out. Please advise what I can do, give her or make to help her? I have already contacted her Ped she said its normal and it should go away in a few days on its own. Please advise as soon as you can.
