I do this once in awhile. On the positive side it is kind of fun to think about what might have happened if I took this road and not that one. Maybe life would have been better. My latest thought has been that I should have joined the Marines or Army Infantry when I enlisted at age 18. This would have given me better character, leadership abilities, and self esteem. Instead, I joined the Army Signal Corps at 18, became a radio operator, worked and lived comfortably, mostly inside, in Heidelberg, Germany, became a lazy, manipulting, conniving womanizer, fake and alcoholic for the next 23 years. Now I wonder if that decision to take the easy route was my first big mistake of many that limited my life and happiness.

Please don't comment on my experience, just say what you want to, about thinking back at the good and bad important decisions in life. Is doing this at all useful or is it harmful? What is your story (optional) of a good or bad decision made in the past?

Seems to be a few fun askers & answerers on here this morning, so I offer up this:
I am a lover of cheese. It is by far my favourite kind of food; soft, hard, blue, mild, strong...you name it, I love it. But I can't for the live of me recall ever coming across a food that cheese doesn't go well with. The closest I can come is chocolate, but even then I don't think it's unedible; it's just two nice flavours at the same time, neither complimenting nor ruining each other.
So, can any of you name me a food that cheese (of any kind) does not go well with at all?

I was stealing money in my till from my last job as a cashier at a grocery store. In time security had caught on to me and gave me the option to quit, and sign a peice of paper with my social security# on it,to 'pay back what i stole'. The security guy said that they'll take out $50 out of my paychecks until the estimated amount of money stolen was payed off. When i shared my story with some people though,they said they didnt think they can do that. Does anybody know if they can really do that?

I had other members rank me on looks and a few said i was chubby.

like I know I've gained weight. I used to weight 120lbs but now I weigh 130lbs (stupid birth control)

but if u like saw me on the street would u be like "she needs to lose weight?"

My kids are 12 and 11. I was pretty good at keeping them believing these last two years. I bought them present made out for some made up name one year. One year I helped my kids set up a secret camera and take a photo of of red hat (like the big foot pictures). Another year I bought one of them two of the identical presents (apparently I forgot to tell santa I got that one too) :)

Well, My darn ex finally told them santa isn't real. We were driving and I told them they better be good, because you know who is watching jokingly. My daughter said, "Santa isn't real. you're santa Mom told me after christmas last year.

How do you explain santa and still keep the spirit alive. I remember when I was younger, my mom would let me help her wrap presents and put things out for my younger brothers christmas eve. They don't have any younger siblings in my house.

last month my period ended on the 17th and I had sex on the 19th and the condom broke. this month its now the 17th and I havent even started yet. I havent been cramping and I dont feel like im about to start. I took a pregnancy test in the middle of the day a couple days ago. it was negative. could I still be pregnant?

I'm a bit confused as to how I am supposed to act when a Jehovah's Witness comes to my door. Keep in mind, I am Christian. If I do not have time to chat, do I simply say "no thank you" and say goodbye?

If I do have time to converse with them, which I honestly don't mind sometimes, I love to learn about religion, do I invite them in and offer then drinks/food? In the past, we just briefly talked at my doorway because, to be honest, last time I had some come by my door, my place was a mess and I was in my boxers lol.

Any info on the proper etiquette when it comes to this stuff would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
