I think I would drive mine to the mall ..... then go for a pedicure .... then to Subway (I'd order a turkey sub on whole wheat) ..... then I would swing by work, so I could impress all of my co-workers ......

I asked this question once before but I'd like to get some more ideas. I'm making a basket for my friend who has terminal lung cancer. So far I've got the "Crazy Sexy Cancer" book and some teas. I'd like the name of alternative therapy or inspirational books, things that stop chemo nausea, stuff that would be good to have in the hospital, products specifically for cancer patients, etc. Thoughtful stuff.

so you dream that you're dreaming and in that dream you wake up and it's just like a normal day, only you're still asleep in real life. And then you are still dreaming but you dream that you woke up from the dream you were dreaming you were dreaming so then when you actually do wake up for real you don't know if you're awake or still dreaming. So then it turns into you dream that you're dreaming and inside that dream you dream that you're dreaming inside that dream. I get those all the time. Does anyone else get them too? It's so confusing

This forum is designed to be a place where questions and answers are exchanged. Community Guidelines clearly and explicitly set out rules which preclude chatting, ranting, insulting other forum users and many more things besides.

Yet in th 3 months or so that I have been here, in most every section, it seems more like a social networking site. Q&A are posted to provoke responses. Set agendas. Retaliate or disprove ideas set out in previous Q&A. And I wonder if this were not the case, whether the site would exist, or perhaps just become one vast Homework Help forum, relying on the generosity of those able to contribute.

Given that (in my view), this forum is more Edutainment and Social Networking than some "pure" Q&A ideal, and the human tendency to use all means of communication to relate to each other,

how do you deal with annoying "friends"? first off shes more of an aquaintance then a friend, you know people you just talk to at school or work, nothing more then that.so ive known "her" for a while.most people change throughout highschool better or for worse,in this case worse.A while back she use to be somewhat respectful person. now what makes her annoying is the fact that she is rude disrestful,does not answer you in a positve manner, and always has something negative to say,brags ect and just plain out annoying..ive told her already to change her attitude if she still wanted to be cool with me.i am a type of person that will not take any disrespect lightly for most cases, but since ive known her for a while i feel as if i should just take it lightly and ignore the crap she gives me. i have to deal with this each day due to the fact that i have her in a class. how can i deal with this situation.forgot to mention that she is not the "most flattering" looking girl either,may this be the reason of her attitude?

I am 19 years old. It's weird because I never had a pimple problem until a few months ago and now they just keep coming and coming and they don't stop! It's like I was supposed to go through this as a younger teen but now they just keep coming. I wash my face 3 times a day with neutrogena pimple face wash and st. ives face wash.
