They will always be a part of life, yes... So first, you need to accept that fact in order to prepare yourself for any future disappointments that might come your way....

You need to have a plan, have goals, yet still remain as flexible as possible, because something or someone could change this at any time for you.

You should think though your decisions carefully, and ration out your reasons for choosing them each time. Know yourself, and you will know your decisions. Know your decisions, understand them, and you cannot regret them.... You can still make a bad decision, but it will be essayer to deal with if you don't regret them.

This is my theory on it all anyway, seems to be working so far.... The only reason I would be disappointed in my disappointments any more than necessary is if I felt I regretted them, so the key is to take the steps to not regret a decision, and the rest will follow....

(don't get me wrong though, regret isn't just about saying to hell with it, and doing whatever you feel like, and saying you wont regret it later, is about making the best decision you can at the time, or if not, realizing why you are not making the best decision and deal with any regret you may have before you decide on it)

The best way to avoid a disappointment is to not set your self up for one.
Never expect anything from any one and you will never be disappointed but sometimes pleasantly surprised.
To live with them it is our own fault when we are disappointed because we expected something. It might have been rained out or it could have involved plans that fell through so carry on and be happy for the things that do work out and there will be more of these.

Hello BQ,
My point is, 'Belief is incorrect' because it is no longer a belief if it is Real. And belief is the base of cheating.

You expect favorable things, unfavorable occurrences are disappointments. When you don't expect no disappoints.
