When do you know when its time to get a divorce? Ive been cheated on by my husband and he's always lying to me. Ive been through the mental and physical abuse with him. I just found out last week that he hasnt been paying the car note for 6 months (my name is on this car also). I believe that Im a good wife and mother. People have even told me before that he's so lucky to have me. I try and I try.... but when do you know that you need to stop trying and leave??? And when you got your divorce..... were you happy?? Or did you wish you never left??

whether it is company service technician/engineer,or an authorised service engineer, or a freelancer,all of them insist that laptop be left with them (for testing or so they say),when it comes to desktop it is serviced on site. Isn’t this procedure faulty? causing a breach in security? OR is this just a hogwash to impress the client and fleece?

looking for something along the lines of maalox milk of magnesia, viscous lidocaine 2% and phenobarbital used in the treatment of peptic ulcers.

I'm looking for the correct balance of maalox to lidocaine minus the phenobarbital, for safe consumption.

This is a very long and sad story it could have been beautiful but my husband didn't help me when he could! Long story short after 2 yrs together I sold my house from a previous marriage. I spent the money on getting my husband legalized because he worked under fake ids for government and i didn't agree plus we just had a baby. Well i buy him a car so we can work and go towo seperate directions. After a yr and a half of him staying at home and me working he gets his greencard and ss card I pretty much straighten his life out which i wanted 2 do because i love him and we have a baby together. Well he works only one week and leaves me then a month later goes into the military.When he is gone i go with the police to his family members house and get my truck it is in his name but i bought it for him to work and give money to the family not leave me and ride around in. If that was the case i never would have bought it as i already have a car. Well he comes back we meet to talk sleep togethe

Our divorce was finalized on August 31 2007. We own a home that are currently on the market. It says in the decree that we are equally responsible for the mortgage until the home is sold.

Now I can't stand being a "roomate" with him and need to move out as soon as possible. If I do move out, do I still need to pay half of the mortgage? Especially when he asked me to move out?

We went to a number of eating establishments and each one did not give change. (e.g. One meal total $28.70 monies were rounded up to $29.00). Same thing happened other locations. When the waitress was asked whether or not this is company policy- we were told that she does keep change in case the customer wants it. The restaurants gain each time that they do this. I will admit that I want all of my change back including nickles, dimes,etc. If this is a policy of these restaurants I will in the future deduct that amount from my tip.The bottom line is that it is not fair to just keep a person's money, it is paramount to stealing as there is no mention that you will not receive your change.

I live in an apartment building and we have very noisy upstairs neighbors. We have notified the apartment managers of how loud they are, but they are uninterested in throwing them out (the apartment is low on people and they need the renters). We have also tried to call the cops, but because the neighbors don't speak english they were just given a warning as they didn't "understand" our request for them to keep the music down. We have called the cops times after this and we were told they can not keep coming out over things like this, and informed us if we keep calling to complain they will come and evict us instead. What are some more ways to get rid of a noisy upstairs neighbor myself without having to move away? I'm willing to try anything at this point!

If I quote this:

And everyone says that shouldn't be taken literally, and it's just a metaphor - how do they know that it was intended to be a metaphor?

If we can pick and chose which parts are metaphorical, can't everyone just interpret it how they want?

Can't Jesus, the son of God - just mean Jesus, the nice person?

And can't genesis just be a metaphor for evolution?

Where does the interpretation stop?

If that wanted you to take some parts metaphorically, don't you think they would tell you instead of just stating it literally?

The Bible is far from poetry.
