looking for something along the lines of maalox milk of magnesia, viscous lidocaine 2% and phenobarbital used in the treatment of peptic ulcers.

I'm looking for the correct balance of maalox to lidocaine minus the phenobarbital, for safe consumption.

seems like equal parts are actually what I'm looking for. what's the max I can safely consume, and whats the differance between lidocaine and viscous lidocaine?

I'm already under treatment with antibiotics, but the pain is to much to handle.

You need to call the doc's after hours number and see what he/she says. I wouldn't mix meds myself. My hus has been a nurse for 16 years (critical care) and is about to go to CRNA school. He would NEVER attempt what you are talking about and he's a rough-n-tough, hunter/fisherman, Army veteran kind of a guy
Good luck and best wishes.
