For about 8 or 9 weeks now i've been having constant kidney pains in my loin area. now i am also getting flank pains. my urine is cloudy, i've been on 4 different types of antibiotics and none of them have seemed to work. i have also done 4 urine tests - the first 2 showed i had a kidney infection, and the last 2 showed i haven't got a kidney infection. i have little appetite, i'm tired, always cold and i always feel nautious. i am stressing out a lot more, so i don't know whether this has anything to do with the pains? the flank pains feel as if i've pulled a muscle and are only a bit tender at the moment, so i'm not sure whether this has anything to do with my kidneys? the pain is from the bottom of my ribs to just above my hip (at the sides of the kidneys obviously). but it is just giving me really bad lower backache and it doesn't hurt when i wee. if the tests have shown that there is no infection there, could these pains just be because i'm just getting over a kidney infection?

Just out of curiousity, if you have your own business -- can your business pay for your child's daycare? --- if so, can you itemize those expenses on your taxes for your business? -- and if you can do that, on your personal tax return, can you take advantage of the child tax credits of $3000 per kid?

I do not have a Bible in front of me so I do not know the exact scripture. But it is right after God removes Adam and Eve from the garden. It says "God made clothes of animal skins for them". What? Does god kill animals? Did someone just drop their concept into the Bible? Would this indicate the Bible is not 100% inspired by god? Why would god kill animals or admit it if he did? They had been dancing with fig leaves. What does god have against figs. Or was the fig leaf story just that they camoflaging themselves to hide from god?

I have a friend that receives Social Security Benefits and SSI, she is tring to get back in tothe workforce. She has started working in August. She is going to file in Jan. and she is not sure if she should file the W2 and the 1099(from Soc. Sec. and SSI) she also has two children as dependants. Will filing the 1099 result in her getting more back in a refund?

im wrestling 130 and i weigh in at the beginning of practice at 132-133 but i only weigh out at 130.5-131.5 and ill usually wear under armor and 2 shirts, sometimes a hoody, and sweat pants, i barely eat and if i do its usually fruit or a salad, i just cant get under 130 which is what im trying to do, i wanna get down to like 126 so i dont have to worry about cutting weight

We're currently TTC and we have been having sex everyday. I keep reading some posts and websites where it says you shouldn't have sex every day to build up my husband's sperm count. Then I hear if you want to get pregnant, have sex all the time. Who do I listen to? Thanks!

i'm feeling very alienated from the school now.

when i leaned forward and said "Excuse me, did you just say that my child........" I couldn't even finish talking, everyone jumped in for damage control, trying to explain to me what 'she meant'.

this actually happened to me 2 weeks ago at my daughter's Title I meeting; so i wrote a letter telling the teacher how negative and unprofessional i thought she was, and that i believed she said what she was thinking, and i'm not sure she will give my daughter the effort that is warranted to help her reach the required level........so now we're having another meeting, at my request, to map out a plan that keeps me more involved about what she is learning each week -

i thought there were things teachers never said.

what do you think?

Hi, hoping for answers from divorced people!!

Our kids are the same age exactly, but she is 35 and I am 47. We get along great, we both laugh a lot with each other and even at each other, we both admit that we smile all the time now that we have met even when we are not together. This is nothing like when I met my first wife --- now I have music in my head all day long and I feel dizzy just thinking of her!! Each of us has been divorced for several years. We are agreed to take it slowly, step by step, and see where it goes. So what's the problem? I am just worried that the age thing will catch up with us -- in 15 years I will be 62 but she will only be 50. Do you think I am worrying needlessly??? I do feel that with our kids being the same ages exactly, that pushed us more into the same calendar mentality.

A contractor did the plumbing work in my house. Some of it is in my living room ceiling. Some of it started to leak after we had moved in and the ceiling was up. We agreed that he would fix it by handshake. The original work was done under a contract. It's my belief that he should have to fix it anyways. He's fixed the leak, now he's repairing the ceiling he had to tear out from the leak, and he left a mess in my house because he didn't cover anything up. I confronted him about it, because I have a 5 week old baby in the house. He claims he didn't because we didn't give him the stuff to cover up the room with, and he doesn't have that stuff. I told him that was unprofessional, and he threatened not to come back and finish. He said he didn't have to finish. Is there anything I can do if he decides not to? Not to mention it's taken him 3 months to get this far.
