Hell no! I got this email not that long ago that showed an Atlanta Chinese place that got a health inspection and it turned out they had a pad locked door in the kitchen. The health inspector had them open the door and they found a room filled with about 5 employees and a basket of rats. They were burning the hair off of them and cutting them up and cooking them to look like chicken. The scary thing is... they showed a picture of the rats cooked and it really does look like chicken! I haven't eatin Chinese since then. You never know what you're eating when you go out .... you're always taking a chance when someone else is cooking your food. I don't take that lightly at all!

Are you kidding me that's why I don't eat it in the first place even if it's not I always in the back of my head think it is! So NO if it was proven then there is NO WAY I would go there!! I sometimes have to put up with it on occasion for my boyfriend (he loves the stuff!) and you got to Give a little to get a little =0)

I just wouldn't eat there. I know the owner of my Chinese food place so I know they don't. That would be up to the health inspector to shut it down and they would.Where I live they make surprise visits all the time to make sure that just can't happen. I got the same email about the rats in the back room of a kitchen and they said the kitchen was here it was a prank. It turned my stomach. Bottom line is that place got closed down and had to pay huge fines. It never opened again. If your that worried about it ask to see their kitchen where you go if they won't show you don't eat there. â¥

Only if the dish I eat was proven NOT to have cats and dogs in it. It is not customary in the US to eat these animals and it is predominantly frowned upon as they are companion animals, not stock animals like pigs chickens and cattle. Actually, no I would not eat at such an establishment.

As long as I didn't think about it. It's kind of like bologna or hot dogs. I love them but I don't need to know they are made from lips and butts.
I am in need of some good Hot Braised Chicken and a bowl of hot sour soup. Always good on a cold dreary day!
