what is covert child sexual abuse as opposed to overt sexual abuse according to the definitional?

classifications and your opinion of course!do you think it is valid and damaging as a form of abuse as much as actual physical contact?as they say that it is the pyschological and emotional effects of physical abuse that is more damaging?is this also the case for sexual abuse?

Covert is secret and overt is out in the open. Both are damaging to children or adults. And it doesn't matter what type it is. Sexual abuse is more damaging in my opinion, because it not only messes with your physical body later in life, it also messes with your mind.
