shot the man breaking into his neigbor's home -- do you think he was wrong and if so should he go to jail --- i know in most states he would be jailed but i am not sure in texas!!!

i did not try eye drops because the pharmacist said it wouldnt help cos thats for the eyes, it wont help the whites in my eyes.please help

for the last 2 days i have had constipation and now today all of a sudden extremely severe lower back pain,i can barely move.i came over feeling sick all of a sudden too but i have not yet been sick,and i have a fever..is this anything to worry about?

I'm only 23 years old, but I have been married before. I got married 10 months ago, and will be officially divorced sometime this week. My ex-husband and I discussed before
hand that we both didn't want kids ever, and that was part of the plan. After only a month and a half of being married... he suddenly changed his mind, and got mad at me for suddenly
not wanting them. I've never been interested in
having children of my own. I've been saying since I was 4 years old that my mom would have "Grand-dogs" and "Grand-horses". I refused to play with dolls as a child. I used to throw fits if someone tried to make me play with one (my dad can back me up on that one).

Men always date me thinking I'll change my mind. It only takes them a couple of weeks to figure out that I'm hardwired this way (then we break up). I've never felt led to the whole family thing.

Yesterday I was 9 DPO. I took a test at 11:30 am and there was a faint line and another at 5:30pm and it was a digital that said "pregnant" . Im not even due for AF till saturday and even these early tests say it's just a little over 50% accurate 5 days before your AF is due. And the digital wasnt even and early detection test. I didnt even use first mornings urine! Me and my husband are almost in disbelief. Anyone else get a + this early and have a healthy pregnancy. I am afraid Im going to get my Af on sat. still. We have been wanting this so bad it's hard to believe. I go to the dr. tomorrow.

I basically use my computer to surf the net, write papers and download music. The majority of the files on my computer are papers, pictures and music. I constantly go through and remove programs that I don't use but my computer takes forever to open Word and run other programs in general. Any suggestions of what I should do?

I don't mind strict parents because my mom raised me and she was strict. I live with my dad now and its totally different. I only see her at school. We never been on a real date. We talk on the phone alot. But due to her mothers strictness it's so hard to see her. It gets real fustrating. Any advice???
