Just because you are in the air force, it doesn't mean that you are going to be flying airplanes. The Air Force has many jobs just like every branch of the military.

She probably would be flying IN airplanes.
You usually travel between duty stations by air, and the air force does have medical airlifts, in which the nurses are part of the crew.

Nope. Nursing candidates will be in medical training.
The only people who fly airplanes in the Air Force are pilots.

as a pilot? god i hope not but as a flight nurse flying in aircraft yes it will happen or just as a passenger sure but taking off and landing i hope not cause if that happens then the flight crew is sick or dead.......

military helicopter pilots are knowledgeable to grant scientific care to wounded squaddies or often the medic from that unit will bounce in helicopter together with his wounded squaddies so there is not any could desire to have nurses or medics in Med-evac birds.

haha no, DEFINATELY wont be piloting one if thats what u mean but u will fly in one especially if you are airborne medic. will fly when you TDY or deploy
