I find it hard with some people sometimes to maintain eye contact. It's mainly people who keep eye contact all the time.
It's probably to do with the expression on my face and how wide open my eyes are.
How do you maintain comfortable eye-contact? Do you keep your eyes locked at the eyes of the person you are speaking to?
How would you like the person you are speaking to to maintain eye-contact, when speaking and when listening?

I have tried WD40 but tends to freeze up and still not let the door glide up with ease. Is there anything I can grease the tracks with? What good is a garage door opener if I have to get out to push the door up??

I havethis problem which I am sure other wives have as well. My husband works a 40hours week job. I am homw at the time with our two children, 3 years and 6 months. I am a full time student and take care of everything around the house as well as bills and the likes.
Next week I am starting a part time job, because I am sick of my husband saying I am not doing anything. It is relly hard to get things done when constantly someone cries and needs something. I was recently honored with an award for outstanding academic performance, and I am a foreigner. All these thing I do or achieve and still, my husband doesn't notice any of them, and he doesn't help out at all. What can I do to make him understand that I need help?
Thank you guys.

Lets get literal. Genesis mentions intercourse at the birth of Cain and Seth. The Bible does not mention intercourse at the birth of Abel. Eve said "I have given birth with the help of god". That statement is out of place in Genesis. It should be after the birth of Abel. That does not mean Eve had never had intercourse. Just Abel was born without it. In context that would make Abel the Lamb of God slain at the founding of the world.
There is no other option.
The following question will be scoffed at by some. It is a very serious question concerning Christianity and the "Archilles Heel" of the virgin birth of Jesus.
Could it be that Julius Caesar was trying to reinact the birth of Abel with himself as god and Jesus as Abel. Then Caesar could sacrifice Jesus and become equal in loss with God. Then God would be paid back. The death sentence against man could be reversed. That is what happened.
The trade was unequal. Jesus could not have been born without intercourse. Literal.

Ok, lets me totally honest here...I am very overweight and have just come out of hospital following a major op. I had a cyst removed that weighed over half a stone so technically I have lost that amout in weight...agreed?
Since being home (a month) I have stopped eating all the rubbish food like pizza and curries and have been eating more sensible foods and smaller portions. I cannot do too much pysically, my recovery time is expected to be 3 months ( I had a hysterectomy as well) but I am managing to walk about 10 minutes a day. But I do not seem to have lost any weight, my clothes do not seem any looser and no one has commented about any weight loss. I feel better in myself for eating more healthily but am I actually loosing any weight? I do not own a set of scales and I do not want any either, not until I have lost a cunsiderable amount of weight. Help!!

I see lots of questions on here along the lines of "if I marry a US citizen, do I automatically become a citizen too?" and "If my baby is born in the US, how long until I automatically become a citizen?"

Wouldn't it make sense to have public service announcements clarifying the law? I'm thinking of something along the lines of Michigan's anti-drunk driving public announcements (which offers a "free ride in a cop car, and an all expense paid stay in jail" in the tones of an "as seen on TV" ad... but that's not all...)

So, would this deter illegal aliens? Or would they scoff at it?

"Preventative women's health" meaning annual physical exams at the gyn, birth control of any type, and tests to screen for cancers found in women (mammograms, etc.).

BUT my insurance DOES cover viagra.

So I guess my question is, how messed up is that?

Granted she is 1 month old, I want her to feel safe and secure, but I want her to start getting used to self soothing and being comfortable being by herself to sleep. She has slept with me or in my arms up until now. When I put her in her crib she cries. When I put her down when she has already fallen asleep in my arms she'll wake up in a matter of minutes and cry. I think she feels abandoned. She stops crying if I go in the room and rub her head and talk to her but as soon as I leave she cries. I cant even put her down to take a shower, shes not even content alone in her swing. Is this a phase? I know shes still just a tiny baby. But I dont want her to develop any bad habits.
