I find it hard with some people sometimes to maintain eye contact. It's mainly people who keep eye contact all the time.
It's probably to do with the expression on my face and how wide open my eyes are.
How do you maintain comfortable eye-contact? Do you keep your eyes locked at the eyes of the person you are speaking to?
How would you like the person you are speaking to to maintain eye-contact, when speaking and when listening?

In normal conversations,I look on the nose where it starts just below the forehead. If I feel that the fellow is speaking something which is not the truth,I immediately focus my sight on his/her left eye ball , trying to reach my sight deep into his left eye. I have noted that this trick works well and the fellow will change the topic and refrain from speaking lies to me any more.

i understand what you recommend. I hate making eye touch with absolutely everyone. i hit upon that for interview purposes it somewhat is superb to easily suck it up and look them without delay in the eyes. in case you won't be able to try this then merely stare 0.5 an inch above or under their eye. it will look as in case you're making eye touch yet you're no longer. solid success on the interview!

look at their forehead or their left ear if you are right handed or right ear if you are left handed. it works and its not so embarrassing.
eye contact is good but can sometimes be misconstrued especially if you actually like the person. its gotten a gf of mind into deep trouble before.

lol, my friend has the same problem. just look slightly above their noses, between the eyes, ya know? it usually works. otherwise, just smile when you look at them, it relaxes your body and mind. :)
