Hard to say since no real ninja assassin with chili farts would ever get caught, thus never being linked to the fatality.

I think Ninjas are unable to get into your blood stream despite their skill at stealth. The farts though could be potentially more fatal.
How about Lager farts though - I think they're worse?

It depends on the cook. If by BRRRRRABABABBA you mean the sound of a fully loaded semi locking all 18 wheels, then crashing into a bubble-wrapped whoopi-cushin warehouse, then no. I'm a tad louder
