my brother is turning 22 in the 16th....next Sunday! he is very much a Sagittarian, ive noticed it in him.....i dont know what to get him for a gift.....what would you recommend....what do Sagittarians generally like?? i want to give him something he will really like!

so i bought a car off ebay. i asked the seller if he had title. he says yes. i asked is it under his name. he says no. he tells me that he never got around to it, and i won't have a problem getting the car under my name. the title is signed off by registered owner. this car is a 1964 impala btw, so it's an antic, but i plan to drive once a while. and i live in delaware, the car is in washington state. my question is, is it true that i will not have a problem getting it titled, since it's gone thru 3 owners and none of them getting it registered, and i'm out of state?

A fellow went off on his honeymoon, and after returning meets up with a friend for a beer and conversation.

The friend, being single and a pervert to boot, begins to inquire as to the festivities of the honeymoon.

"So, Bob, big married man, did ya get any while you were out there?" the friend asks.

Bob just shakes his head. "Ah, you know me. I like to fish. So I just fished."

I know that most lotteries state that the winner(s) cannot remain anonymous. I kind of understand the logic behind this to "somewhat" ensure that the winner is not associated with the lottery.

From what I understand, you don't "have" to appear in public getting pictures taken, etc, but the lottery board will still make your general info publicly available. Things like your town, state and last name of the winner(s).

Let's say I win $10 Million and want to remain anonymous. There are a lot of reasons for this - not wanting to get bombarded by people trying to get your money is probably one of the biggest, but what about the the potential security risks involved with the general public [good and bad] knowing who you are, how much you won and where you live... it's not really that hard to dig up info on people.

Could I get away with opening a Trust Fund [or similar], assign an executor with implicit instructions as "me" as the sole benefciary and let the trust fund cash it in?

I used to not like her based on some envy and having a couple of dreams where she wasn't nice to me, so I thought maybe she's a ***** and I found at www.theinternetforum/royalforum to be safe because everyone (almost everyone there hates her) but now it's gotten to the point where all the women just verbally or type-cally abuse her and constantly about her not having a job. And none of them admit they are jealous.

I still don't believe that she'll marry William but it is possible.

My brother wants a PS3 I can't afford to buy him one - wish i could! My husband says buy him a ps3 controller so that when he comes round ours (which he does often) he can play two players. I think that's cruel and he'll spend all xmas day excitied expecting us to be playing a sick joke on him and end up giving him a ps3 in the evening. My husband is arguing it's a great idea and he'll like.

What do you think?

P.S Please state if you're a ps3 owner or non owner as this will make a difference!! :-)

My wife just started a new job as a server. While in computer training and server training they only paid her $3.15/hour.

While in training she was not allowed to collect tips, and at most her trainer would buy her a $6-$10 meal for a 4-8+ hour shift. She did ask for tips once and was given $12 dollars out of the $100+ they made that night.

Texas minimum wage is $6.55/hour which puts this restaurant far below minimum wage during training. There was not a single night that she earned minimum wage including meals and a few dollars thrown her way while in training.

To top this all off, I specifically told her to question her hourly rate while in training and she was told she is making $6/hour by her manager while in training.

She likes the job and doesn't want to lose it, so what is there to do? Something like this can make it nearly impossible to get another serving job in the same city, especially when it's a locally owned VERY popular franchise.
