how do i enable flash player on psp without wifi?

i have version 3.71, and i need to enable the flash plaer but i cant because i dont have internet connection so i was wondering if i coul do it any other way

hey didn't u see therez no option for enabling flash player in system setting only enable WMA is there which means itz already enabled for 3.71
