My best friend of 5 years has recently begun talking and getting involved with guys from myspace, which I think is very dangerous, but she does it anyway
She has a new bf now that she met from there, and they have been dating for about 6 months or so
I noticed that she had been gaining a lot of weight which is VERY much unlike her, and I asked her if something was wrong and if she was depressed w/ her new guy
She told me that for years she has had this sexual fetish to gain weight and this guy shares it with her, and together they are trying to gain as much weight as they can
She went on to tell me about how they feed each other fattening food and have the best sex ever
I was more than stunned, and being her friend, I just listened, but now she tells me all the time about things they do together, and it's bizarre, not to mention a health hazard!
How can I handle this without being mean and loosing my friendship with her?

I keep hearing about Highpoint North Carolina but is their furniture really cheaper? The room store you can buy a nice sofa for about $800 but am I going to find lower prices in Highpoint, NC?

We were told there was a shortage of gas and oil, and that was keeping prices up. Now from AP comes this. We have been lied to again by the "liberal" media.

In pointing out the holes in religious theories?
The idea of God is infallible. It is based on faith alone, and therefore needs no proof. You cannot turn someone around by logic because every argument can be turned around due to the omnipotent, omniscient character created choosing whatever subject raised to be that way.
So the only person who can decide what to believe is that person.
So what is the point in all the arguments?

I recently installed a TV tuner card in my computer. When i disconnected my coaxial cable from my TV i got zapped. Whenever i touched the tv's coax input and the metal nut on the end of the coax i got a tingly feeling. I figured it was just because i rubbed my arm against the staticy front of the tv. When i touched my computer case while holding onto the coax cable i got the same tingly feeling through my arm. I was afraid to hook the coax up to the computer so i hooked it back up to the tv, and when the end of the cable came close to the tv's input a blue arc (like maybe a mm at most) shot across. I just tested the outlets and they both have an open ground even tho they are 3 prong. Why would the things zap me? Wouldnt the power only flow through the cable line (the new earth ground) if the TV and comptuter were leaking voltage and not sending it back to the neutral wire? I would say the TV line was sending voltage through the tv/computer but since they have no ground that cant be?

I want to align the timing marks. However, i just took off the crankshaft pulley and bolt. Can I turn the camshaft bolt. Or do I have to put the crankshaft pulleyback on and turn it clockwise. I know it's going the correct direction. It's just i'm not sure i'll break the camshaft bolt.

Is it possible for you to just...become insane from the lack of friends or popularity?
Because...I've lost all my friends in three days due to retarded reasons, and now I'm alone.
Everyone hates me because of the retarded stuff I've done.
ex: jealousy (in thier minds) and offending my best friend with an matter-of-fact remark.

and now, they've told everyone, and now I'm screwed, and nobody likes me because they think I'm a *****!!

I don't understand how to simplify and I really need some help with this. Any explanations as to the order of operations and what to do to actually simplify, and what simplifying really is would be a great help. I just started an Algebra class, and I feel so lost!

My parents got divorced about two years ago and I'm over it.
I live with my mom, but see my dad on the weekends.
Once, I met his friend Carrie, she seemed nice, but I couldn't cope with her. She kept telling me to appriciate my dad and the things he does for me. Which is what my mom tells me too. And both my parents always tell me to speak my mind so I said, "I already have a mom to tell me these things, I don't need you to." She seemed offended, I didn't care, she isn't my mom and she never will be.
I didn't even know they were dating, my dad just says 'friend'.
They have been 'friends' for 5 months now, and my dad said they are getting married in February and my sister and I might be able to live with them.

What do I do?

Some days I come to school emotionally hurt from a variety a things, and my art teacehr takes us out to teh park. He always asks me why I am sad, but I dont know if I can tell him.
