In the days of King Louis, and King George, government was really there to promote the interests of the kings and their aristocrats. Kings were considered to have God Given powers to rule the rest. Then something happened and revolutions started and the idea of democracy came about..essentially saying that government is there to serve the will of the people, and that literally the will of those millions of poor huddled mostly uneducated and uninformed masses is still actually better for the country as a whole than a few powerful elite and their ideas of how things should be.

If you think that government is best if it represents the will of the few rich and powerful and everyone will benefit from that, then you are oldshool, if you think that government policy serves best the country as a whole if the will of the larger group of people is followed, then you are new school.

If you have signed a lease for a year, and nowhere in the lease does it say that you are NOT allowed to have pets and you go out and get a dog then you are told that you have to get rid of the dog, can this be enforced?

We have a small jack russell and i read our lease over carefully before buying him and nowhere in the lease did it say anything about a no pets policy. Can they still make me get rid of my dog even though there is nothing that states that I can't have him?

Ok.. Me and My wife were dating for 2 years and have been married for another 2.. a total of 4 years. we have a 19 month old daughter.. Shes 23 and i am 20(please know that the age difference doesnt matter as i am more mature than most men older then me) .SO here is the situation over the past 6 mothns my wifes been acting different towards me.. i felt like she didnt wanna be with me and i approached her about it in a nice civilize way.. We spoke and she told me that she doesnt know if she still love me anymore.. She told me is not my fault because i am a nice guy and a great dad and that i support her and i listen to her when shes speaks....we are financially stabled. and i help around the house alot, Since i get off one hour before she does from work i pick up my daughter and go home to cook... She told me that she tells her mind that she wants to be with me but that her body tells her differently...She says that sometimes her body rejects me and that she doesnt know why...

I am the administrator at a small law firm. We have a large collection of forms and articles my bosses would like to be able to easily navigate through. I have created an HTML page on our network with several daughter pages that categorizes and organizes these documents, but I'd really like to add a search. Unfortunately, all the tools I see on the Internet to do this require me to upload these thousands of files somewhere. Is there something I can use to get the search box on this local page without having these files online? I would prefer to have a script type thing I can plug into my existing code so the box shows up like Google, not an extra utility my bosses must install and use separately. I'd also like to be able to configure the parameters and the way the results look. Any ideas?

we couldnt sleep all night, she started the movement around 12am and I decided to monitor it because it was bugging me,(she slept in my bed), so come to find out she couldnt help it, her legs will just move or change positions every 15 to 20seconds, it went on for an hour and I got scared bcoz it was disturbing her sleep too, I figured she wanted to stop, but it just moved for few seconds and then wait for another 15seconds and she starts kicking again. Im very worried, has any of you experienced this. I called the 24hour nurse line and to go see the doctor, I am later, but have you experienced anything like this, Im browsing online, about involuntary movements in sleep, but its all so confusing. help help me.

Ok I gave my friend a note to tell give to him that I REALLY REALLY liked him. And when he recieved it...he blushed and walked away. I still get a feelings that is a bad sign :/ I'm scared if I told him too soon cause he WAS surprised about the letter. If you had a partner that was faithful to you, let you manage all their money, and treated you like a queen/king. Would you be willing to except them telling ALL your business (except sex) to their opposite sex friends(including ex's). Would you be willing to honor your partners view that as long as they give you actions and give them words, and as long as their coming home to you every night it shouldnt matter.....Or would this make you feel like nothing's sacred??

He is 32 and still rents a roon in a shared house

he goes on the sunbeds more than any female i know and asked me if I thought he was naturally that brown..when i said i didnt really think about him that often he went quiet.

He called me a witch both when he was drunk and sober..he walked in from work and he said to the pet rabbit whilst i was stood there "did the witch not feed you"

He broke up with his girlfriend and has taked over 2 weeks off work he said he has a bug but was well enough to go to the gym and for a sunbed- and then moaned that he would get in trouble when he goes back to work???
