you are 31 and you are asking this kind of question? are you stupid? you body is like 80% water. water does not make you fat. but if you drink too much, you could "drown" in your body. Also by drinking too much water, you feel "full" so you eat less but that is kind of bad because you dont get the vitamins and things.
ok buddy hope this helps.
so keep on drinking that water but make sure not too much and make sure its clean!! :)

I think you are very fat due to some unwanted food items...but its not a dangerous one...you must reduce your weigth through the diet and do some exercise regularly.... if you are said you not having enough time to do exercise thats not problem but you must regularly used to go for a walk atleast half an hour in morning as well as in evening time that will be keep yor body and reduce your body weight then, the best way to reduce your weight avoid soft drinks, fat content foods..... daily use to eat some vegetables, fruits etc.,water does not reduce our body weight but its used to maintain water balance in our body and keep our body healthy....

No, in view that water has zero calories. In fact drinking water before foods will regularly make you drop extra pounds since it will literally fill you up and cut back your urge for food. Additionally ingesting water is excellent in your complexion (pimples and wrinkles) and excellent for headaches. It is also good for concentration and cognitive potential. Don't go mad although - when you drink an excessive amount of it may well lead to hyponatraemia, which sees the physique’s salt levels drop and can result in swelling of the mind. (it is a very rare condition - you would ought to drink gallons! ) About 1 litre of water per day is ultimate.

No. Water has 0 cal. It will help you lose weight.

I can provide you healthy tips. Eat in small portions, try to cut out on fried food, soda, sugar and go green. Exercise atleast 3 times a week (intense is better).

your height is 5'6" means you are 153.924 cm. which means ideal weight should be 54 ( + or - ) 5 . so 60 will be ideal for you height. no need for exercises. just do your routine house works yourself. do not ask somebody to do your work. that itself will take care of your weight. Ofcourse, take your food in time. do not skip meals or take snacks in between meals.
