That is of course if he cut calories, monitored his diet to eat nutricious, balanced meals, performed 30 minutes of cardio on a tread mill 5 days a week, and lifted light weights/with high reps on 3 of those days. About how long would it take for this 43 year old male with a large frame to achieve such a goal, again, realistically? It should be noted he is 6' 1", has a thick bone structure and a large muscular frame, albeit covered in outer layers of fat. Any other recommendations about diet/exercise for my Uncle Des?
