You do not share why you are not able to face your daughter - it would help to know this.
In some cultures, a broken engagement is a bad reflection on everyone.
This is especially true in cultures where marriages are often arranged by family elders (most often parents). To make a mistake in choice of spouse for your child can be very very disturbing. Is this the case?

was it an arranged marrige? did u arrange it...?
u are not able to face her coz ur angry? or coz ur ashamed?
Where is she now? is she safe?
the most important thing now is u giving her ur full support and love.. she wont get it from anyone else...

You need to add some details here. Did your daughter's husband divorce her? Be a bit more clear with the question.

Why are you not able to face your daughter? How sad that she has to go through this herself. She must be very hurt and angry right now.
As her mother you should be there for her. She did nothing wrong.
