My friend who is 15 and now has a daughter says that she never did...im curious is she lying?

We bought the house in June 2004 and sold in Sept 2007. It was our primary (and only) residence for the whole time period. I was perusing tax manuals and it is my uderstanding that we can exclude any money we made because it was less than $250,000; we owned (well it was mortgaged does that count as owned?) the house, and we lived in the house for over 3 years. Is my understanding correct that we can exclude our gain on our taxes?

I live in Jacksonville and want to head down to see the Dec 6th launch. I was told that it's pricey to go watch the launch inside the space center but that you can go just south of cape canaveral and watch it from the beach. I'm not sure where though. Could someone tell me where is a good place...maybe what exit off of 95? Thanks

so theres this guy and and he's always telling me he loves me and calling me the love of his life, but he never asks me on a date! and he gets jelous when other guys talk to me and when they're around me he picks fights with them and intimidates them to make them uncomfortable. i dont know whats up. the other day we had an argument about this and i wouldnt speak to him and he got down on his knees and begged for me to talk to him. help, what do you think? it's weird the more i push him away the more he wants me. girls are always after him and doing what he wants but i treat him bad and he's obsessed!

I like him very much as a friend but I have apprehensions about working directly for him because I don't want our friendship to suffer. Could this work? What would I have to do or say to make this be successful? Has anyone ever done this and maintained a good friendship with the friend? Again, it has the potential to be a a very well paid position. Has anyone else got the runaround from the railroad retirement board?I call there today excited to try to find out for sure whether my mom worked for the Southern Pacific Railroad.They found her social security number and said that she indeed had drawn retirement and the main information I wanted was the name of the railroad .They said it was no longer in service"DUH" you think?Or I would have known if she worked for it or not..but they said all they had was a number 1814 and there was no access to it.I thought the government knew everything and that would be so simple to find out from them although they don't have the information.Geez what about the other like billion people that are getting retirement.Could anyone else possibly tell me where I might find employment information possibly telling me for sure if she indeed worked for Southern Pacific Railroad.Thanks in advance

What is available on the market?

After a detailed research from magazines, internet and by visiting the variety stores. I can see there has different kind of home entertainment control organizer which come from different shapes and made by a variety kind of materials. Wood, metal and fabric are commonly used in the product. However there has no organizer with a table top design on the market.

*Final evaluation of the project*

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the way my work has turned out. In designing and making this organizer, I believe that I worked well with my teammates.
The organizer is very functional, it has a small table, pocket that can store the controllers and a base that fits magazines or newspapers. The design is simple and the materials are very economical. I think that this design for a home entertainment control organizer is very unique as I never seen this design in the market. I'm extremely happy with this outcome.
